Method

Gather all the ingredients.

Add the Syllabub to a mixing bowl and gently fold through half the blackberries, maple syrup and Prosecco.

Place the mix into the serving bowl.

Top with the rest of the blackberries and sprinkle the shortbread crumb on the top.

Ready to serve.
